A very productive day today(monday 14th). With Wasana looking after the kids I set to work on computer and printer finalising the first selection of greetings cards that will appear in our online shop soon.
In between doing that and trying to ignore the sound of tree cutting in the house behind us I also came up with what I hope may be a popular idea.
I intend to start the ‘Because You Care’ Club. For just 10 pounds a year you will be able to join the Because You Care club and select 10 friends or family to whom we will send Birthday Cards, selected from our Because You Care range,on your behalf.Look out for full details which will appear soon in the shop.
Whilst I was hard at work in my office, Boon was equally hard at work fixing a plumbing problem. We had had a leaking pipe upstairs which created a hole in the downstairs ceiling. On inspection it appeared that the leak was inside the wall between two tiled bathrooms.
Rather than have to bang holes in the walls and retile Boon has opted to stop the present water pipe and fix new ones to the system which will be on the outside of the walls.
He’s not quite finished but has got most of the job done already.
In the end the noise of the chainsaws in the background and several hours looking at a computer screen saw me taking a rare siesta.
