Nothing is Permanent

Take a moment if you would to consider, as Buddhism suggests we should every day, death and its nature. As we are born, so we are sure to die.

And as you do, please offer a prayer for the Father of Pee Took, who passed away early yesterday. Pee Took is the partner of my very good friend, webmaster and all round good egg, Ally.

My own prayer is that his suffering has now ended and his soul may find peace.

I never knew him, but that matters not; to take a moment to think of others, be they just born, living healthily, sick , dying or dead is to spend a moment well.
